Hi,
I was rear ended Aug 5 and I have been diagnosed with schmorl nodes and a 5 degree kyphosis …
Does anyone else have these SCHMORL NODES if so are you working out with weights and to what extent.
I have got six in the thoracic area and they are quite painful and the kyphosis has given me the feeling my body is misaligned.
I havent touched a weight since AUG 5th ( lost 15-20) and at this time i will be seeing a kinesiolgist next week to gauge my abilities.
Any help/info would be greatly appreciated THANKS
