Been reading a ton on deloading and understand what to do. My question is about cardio/sprints. If my workout is setup where I do sprints on tuesday, should I do my normal routine or lessen it because it is deload week?
As far as my question about cardio, I play lacrosse 2x a week (monday and tuesday). As of now my sprints are done on tuesdays but I dont really have any post-workout cardio. Would implementing post workout cardio be beneficial and not detrimental? I work out on M, TH, F.
