having a cyst removed from my lower back in a couple of days - anyone have any advice on minimizing the scar? I presume a high zinc intake, and vitamin e supplementation and/or creme would be beneficial.
Any other ideas?
Apply Neosporin to the wound every day. After the new skin has formed, go with the vit-E ointment. After the skin has toughened some, use a skin creme with alpha-hydroxy acids.
