Any experience with this? Any suggestions. I googled it and got some info. But wanted some lifters opinions.

The best movement I have found for this problem is to get into Bent Over Row position with a couple of light Bumbells. Let your arms hang straight down then flex your elbows to 90 degrees so the Dumbells are at about the same level as your neck. Then, you simply do a back flye from this position keeping your elbows fixed. I do about 3-4 sets of 10 in my regular warm up.
If your condition is really bad, you may want to start with the little pink Dumbells. I still only use 5 lb DB’s. Sometimes I will go up to tens if I want to do some “working” sets in my real workout.
