Anyone try these?
They’re described in an early t-mag article after Poliquin shared some ideas with a chiropractor.
APparently they improve your strength by a full 10% instantanesouly just like power drive.
They consist of working an agonist muscle at the same time you work the contralateral antagonist. For example, working your right biceps while working the left triceps. You could do a right arm dumbell curl simultaneously with a left arm rope press downs.
This would look a bit like a circus act but I’m wondering if it really works.
