Can saw palmetto lower testosterone? I know that it lowers DHT but this wouldnt effect my overall testosterone numbers would it?
a quick search found a abstract that said sp does not lower serum test levels, but i would like to hear other opinions on this.
some sites even said it could increase test.
Ive read that it increases “free” testosterone, and ive also read it does nothing for testosterone
I have been taking saw palmetto for 20 years. The latest blood test showed me above average in the testerone measurement.
