SMOLOV JR HAS ALSO BEEN ADDED IN THIS LOG
New to these forums but have been a member of other forums before.
I ran 5/3/1 before for about 6 waves and had good results.
I am current 6'0, and 232. I would like to get down to 220-223 after 5 waves, I will weigh myself after every overhead press day.
My current max's are real (90%)
Squats- 375 (338)
Bench- 265 (239)
Deadlifts- 405 (365)
Overhead- 175 (158)
Currently experiencing some lower back pains so my squats and deads will suffer the first few weeks I figure.
