I've used ostarine a few times haha. And like previous posters have said its applications are very limited compared to traditional aas and in most cases, the results will be underwhelming for most users unless they have very specific goals.
As for cardarine, I've only heard bro science about that.
And major congratulations on surviving cancer. I would let your success ride, don't fuck around with any SARMs, it's really not worth the risk for the very specific and limited results they provide.
