Good session. Was feeling like death yesterday, but woke up after about 12 hours sleep feeling pretty good this morning.
Really pleased with the dips. Shoulder’s holding up okay at the bottom position.
Must be doing something right in the gym.

Probably going to rotate in some different movements on lower body. I want to do Hatfield Squats again and some sort of heavy deadlifts.
I’d better hit the gym tonight, before this deload turns into a layoff.

This was the easiest moving that bag has ever been. No struggle at all.
Barbell squats are so much harder for me than SSB squats. Must be something about the front balance with SSB that works in my favor.
So are you doing the bag over bar like they do the stones? 4’ 4" be about lower chest on me.
Whelp, that dude who benched 790-something raw just did an 804 gym-bench.
Lots of debate over the fact(s) that his best bench in a comp was only in the 500s, and that those are not calibrated (Eleiko) plates.
Supposedly he says he would only do it in a comp if there was enough money…hmmm.
