Santorum Visits Janesville (Video)

#1

So umm this just happened...

So is it me or was about to say 'nigga'?

#2

The video is unwatchable on my screen.

#3

Your clip is 70min long. Care to tell us where this comment happened?

He says the anti-war government nig... then he changes thoughts. Can't conclusively know what he was about to say.

#6

Yeah, it's you - you're dumb as a bag of hair.

#7

I just listened to a good deal of his speech and I can honestly say that I don't disagree with one single word that he said. And I did not get the impression that he was going to say the "n" word at any point in the speech.

Liberals are strange people. They have a certain stereotype of a conservative and then they live their lives wanting, and hoping that each conservative lives up to the lie that they tell themselves.

#8

Many (not all) need him to say something like that, because then they have a built-in way to ascribe bad faith motives to any policy he advocates. That way, they don't have to provide policy counter-arguments - they can simply accuse him of acting with ill motive, and skip the debate.

It's lazy and its cheap - and the hard-Left has been relying on it for years as the centerpiece of their politics.

#9

What are some of his good policies?

#10

personally I think the HSA is a great policy and he was an author/champion of that right?

#11

Well, he wants to appoint Supreme Court justices who think the Supreme Court is a Supreme Court and not a House of Lords, so that's a start.

Other stuff - he wants to pull back burdensome regulations, and cut the corporate income tax.

He's got more than that, of course, but there you have it.

#12

Explain yourself.

#13

You are spot on. When they can take a step back point a knowing finger and accuse someone of racism they don't have to win an argument they don't even have to think. It's called playing the race card and the left has been doing that now for many years. It's repulsive, and actually harms race relations but that's all they have. That and class warfare. If they cannot divide us they cannot win elections.

Pathetic!

#14

It needs explaining?

#15

If you play it backwards at 45rpm you can hear him say "atheists' children must be impaled on pikes" - definitely. Listen to it five times then turn around thrice, pat your tummy and rub your head at the same time and you'll hear it. For sure.

#16

However, we do know, without having to play any tape backwards, that he's not such a big fan of a strong separation of church and state, so....

#17

Meh, it's not like Santorum has a real chance of becoming the next GOP candidate anyhow.

#18

ThunderDolt your problem is you are not even that smart

#19

Proof or your just using empty words.

#20

I thought "House of Lords" was conveying the intended meaning pretty well.

Also, Wickard vs Filburn.
