Hey everyone new here. Just spent a good amount of time rehabbing injuries and getting back to almost 100% I been in the strongman game for about 6 years now. Every year Inching closer to going pro. 2009-2010 it all went south with crazy injuries

Goals for 2011-2012 are 400 overhead, 700+ deadlift/squat, 370 farmers, and 600 bench
