Since I keep everything in a journal anyways I figured I might as well start an online log as well for some feedback.

Stats: 6’1 202-205

Goals: Gain strength and size while staying somewhat lean.

Seated Military Press- 4 sets @ 140 8 8 8 7

Dead stop Pendley Rows-3 sets @ 15 15 15

Weighted Dips-3 sets @ bw+25 12 10 8

Wide Grips Upright Rows-3 sets @70 15 15 15

My eating for the most part is 2-3 big meals and 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk ed
