I recently broke my toe, a slight fracture to the first two toes on my left foot from an accident.
I would like to get back into training soon so, any tips for a sample routine to try out as i smooth my body slowly back into pre-injury condition?
Back ground: I was doing 5/3/1 BBB finishing up the 3rd week of my second cycle (less the squat day, i broke my toe a day before squat day)
