Same Weight For Different Rep Ranges

I read about this topic on an article here, and the author stated that if you’ve been doing 3x10, try doing 10x3 with the same weight.

I didn’t much about this until the middle of my workout today, and then started to think about it again.

I’m currently alternating between an A and B workout for my legs. A is deadlifts, and B is zercher squats. Im also varying between 10x3, 5x5, and 3x10.

I’m thinking of using the same weight for all workouts, and when i can do 3x10 with that weight, then i’ll increase and start over at 10x3.

Anyone ever done this?

I think you should use the same weight on 3x10 as you use on 10x3 first.
