Hey guys i was just looking for some new ideas on shakes. right now im using ice cream, milk, crushed ice and about 30g of whey. Sometimes i switch it up but i was just wondering what you guys drink. Everybody has their own creation, and you know you wanna share it with the rest of the t-world. Not to mention, im running out of ideas.
Have you read the “shake it up” article at T-mag? Lots of recipes there.
These are my two favorites:
F+P Shake – 1 scoop chocolate low-carb Grow, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds, 1/2 tablespoon Canola oil, and as much water as you need for desired consistency (good for washing down 5 fish-oil caps as well).
P+C Shake – 1 scoop Vanilla Grow (classic or low-carb), 5 tablespoons apple sauce, 1 tablespoon Apple Cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons oatmeal, 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds, water to level of desired thickness, and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
