I was wondering if salt or something else in a diet could cause when to look bloated especially in the face. I just started lowering my calorie intake about 2 weeks ago and I noticed that my face has looked a bit fatter. I have been eating a bit of packaged ham so I wonder if that is doing it, or ould it be lack of water?
Lots of salt in ham. How much is a ‘bit’?
Well you know those packed slices, I’d say I ate about the whole pack in 2-3 days.
