Currently my workout nutrition looks like this:
Pre 1 scoop Grow! whey + 1 scoop Carb powder + 10g BCAA
during: 3 Tbsp CHO + 10g creatine in 2L of water + tea spoon salt
Post: 2 scoops Grow! whey
I had a contributor to this site tell me to add a pinch of quality sea salt to all water I was drinking to re-mineralize it. But is there any benefit to adding salt to your workout drinks?
I know salt prevents cramping, but does it aid with workout nutrition at all?
Yes, it helps you remain hydrated.

I prefer 1/2 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt with juice of a lemon in 6-8 oz. water 30 mins before meals to remineralize. 2-3x / day.
Regular sea salt is just processed salt from the sea - needs to be an unrefined sea salt.
Cool. I’ve been using Real Salt
