Saliva Test Results .... Help

I just got my results back from my saliva test which tested for Cortisol and DHEA but im not sure where these numbers should be for our type of “Hobby”.

Cortisol

8am-.47
midnight-.03

DHEA=319

Just needing some help here. Thanks KS

I have always had a layer of fat around my midsection and my love handles and always attributed it to having high cortisol levels. I got to 5% bf last winter and still couldnt see my lower abs. This is why i got my saliva tested. ANy help here fellas?

References ranges?

I’m not positive, but DHEA saliva could be useless…many saliva tests are (except for cortisol)…

saliva tests have different ranges depending on the lab you use. Ask for a hard copy print out of your results including reference range and post those here.
