saggy fat ?

40 yrs old, 5’9", 245 lbs? Got the big belly! How does one make sure that as he loses the fat, that his skin tightens up? And not look like a deflated ballon that should really be refilled.
Thanks

The patient man’s method. Don’t be in a rush to lose it all overnight. You didn’t gain it overnight and it’s not going to disappear over night.

Nice, slow, yet steady fat loss is the way to go.

Wishin,

It has been my experience that if you lose at a slow and steady pace the skin does it’s thing.
Stay hydrated, get adequate protein, good fat sources and working out.

Look at your options…keep the belly or deal with a bit of sagging skin…if it doesn’t shrink back that is. Build lots of muscle and nobody will be paying attention to that skin on your abs.

The older you are the less likely your skin will shrink. I lost about 88 pounds a few years ago and I still have a little loose skin but it has gotten a little better with time. I do agree that loosing it slowly is probably the best way.
