Safety First?

Before I get to my questions, I’ll give you a little info about my background. I’m currently 17 years old and weigh 162 Lbs at 6% bodyfat. I’m satisfied with my progress over the last couple years, but It’s slowing down lately. My diet isn’t bad, but I think my training is getting a little stale. Right now, I wanna strictly focus on size and not strength, so I would like to know the optimal sets and reps of every bodypart for strictly putting on mass. This would be very helpful. Also, I’ve read up on the new Biotest Surge and T2 products and my parents won’t let me purchase them until I find out from you guys if they are safe or not for a 17 year old male. Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
