Safe to Use Expired BCAA?

I have a tub of BCAA that expired two months ago, it seems somewhat wasteful to just throw it away. How exactly do you tell if it has gone bad?

Much appreciated.

Most proteins are fine up to six months after expiration from what I’ve heard, I imagine BCAAs are the same way but I have no proof other than what I’ve heard/read.

Bill Roberts should have a pretty solid scientific response to this. Also just use the search button, tons of the same question of this for expired supps, BCAA’s may be one of them

If you send it to me I would be willing to test it for you.

It is still good given any reasonable storage conditions.

Some free amino acids are fairly prone to degradation from exposure to humidity and oxygen, but the BCAA’s are not among them.

Thanks for the response Mr Roberts. This is totally unrelated but I just found out I got accepted into the undergrad in McGill. Im so excited so I apologize for posting this here. WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo

Congratulations!
