Messed up my right sacroiliac joint over the summer by squatting and leg pressing too deep, causing the dreaded “posterior pelvic tilt.” I’ve delimited my range of motion on the leg press and cut out the squat altogether, but the problem persists. Any kind of back squatting or deadlifting aggravates it. This sucks, how do I fix it?
I have a similar problem I beleive. How much pain are you in? I irritated my back 2 days ago, and I can still hardly move!
