I would much prefer a fuller look, but good work.
His plan for me is to keep eating the same for now. Cut carbs completely on sun-tues and then start carbing wedsnesday through the show next saterday. WShat are your thoughts on this?
Considering how you have dieted thus far, I agree with that strategy.
I think going forward if I continue to compete i would do things a little differently. More in line with the advice you have been giving. Thanks for all your replies.

Last day of training was friday. Having serious lower back issues. In a fair bit of pain. Canāt sit for more than 5 minutes. Been pretty much laying down and eating/drinking all weekend. Had some films done but donāt any info yet. Legs are def done but might do 1 exercise per upper body part just to keep the blood flowing.
Gas a light massage today and back to chiro tomorrow. Officially have prep brain. Canāt wait for some carbs on wednesday night!!!

Went to doc about back today. X-ray shows SI joint impingement. For now they want a course of prednisone and they gave me some muscle relaxers and pain meds. Iām gonna hold off on the prednisone until after the show. Donāt wanna risk any water. Iāl have to look at the side effects of the other ones and decide to take at least the pain meds or not. Iām pretty uncomfortable all the time now.

Currently going to Chiro two times per week. Relief is very temporary.
Going to continue this go for an mri if I donāt see any improvement.
Doctor wants me to run a course of prednisone but Iām not starting that until after the show this weekend. See how it goes from there.
