Curious as to the progress people have made following Russian strength skills? Did people follow the training as written or make alterations?
I had used CT’s russian strength skill program a couple times and it increased my lifts significantly. Deadlift increased by 15 kilos, squat 15 kilos and bench 5kilos. I used the program as it is laid out by ct with some rows included on upper body day. This is one of the best programs that gave me good gains without aggravating my joints, I loved this program.
