First of all, i want you to know i appreciate a lot the work you put in for us.
I have a question about the RSS program you posted.
Will the order of the exercises change?
So for example in group 1 i have squats & deadlift, would i train on Monday Squat 5x1 @ 85% and Deadlift 1x3 @ 75% + squat partial movement and then on Thursday would i do Deadlift 5x1 @85 and squat 1x3 @ 75% + deadlift partial movement?
I tried searching but i could not find the answer.
