Russian Strength-Skill Program with BJJ?

hey CT i would like some help with this one. i train Bjj 5 times a week, before i used to train judo for 25 years, and now i would like to add this program in my training. so my info is this i train from monday to friday, later in the evening for 1.5 hours, im a pure type 3. i can do semi-sumo deadlifts (other variations feel to awkward), also i prefer zercher squat because i can see it as more beneficial movement for bjj, and also i need pulls-ups and rows.

how would you put things together with this info?
