In your RSS write-up, you mention briefly that you would use chin-ups (or rowing) as hypertrophy work as opposed to a strength exercise. Could you touch on what that might look like in the context of RSS? Perhaps accumulated reps a couple times per week, or a few sets of 5?
How might you fit a Farmer Walk into the week, if at all?
This has been one of the most powerful (and fun) training methods for me (alongside original HP Mass), but I would like to include more grip and core work through Chins and Loaded Walks, even possibly some Hammer & Tire stuff. These items fit the bill for manual-labor-esque training, but do they fit the program itself?
