Has anyone done the Russian bench press? How does it vary from a normal bench press? My next program cycle has it on it and I have never heard of it? If you have a video of it send it because I have looked it up and not found anything.
What program are you doing? I’ve never heard of it either. The only thing I can think of is the Smolov style of programming where you perform the same lift several times a week with different intensities. But that’s programming. I do not believe there is such thing as a “Russian bench press”.
