Running Man Program, Empty Stomach or After Training?

I was thinkning of starting IBUR to burn that extra fat 2-3 times a week,my question is should I do it in the morning on empty stomach,or right after training as cardio? Does it have any differnce in fat loss ?

Well I am NOT for doing any form of cardio/training on an empty stomach. Always consume at least some protein to prevent catabolism. The absolute ideal is to consume one serving of MAG-10 prior.

But as far as fat loss is concerned honestly you wont have any difference if you do it in the morning after MAG-10 or after your training. Do what allows you to train the hardest and the most convenient.
