Hi everyone! I've just started doing CT's "Running Man" 400m sprint program for fat loss. The question is, is it better to do them in the morning (fasted state) or can they be done in the afternoon? I tried doing them in the AM but my performance is much worse than when doing them in the PM. Thanks!
If you're getting fat loss results during your normal running time, why bother with changing? Get what you can out of sprinting during your normal time before intentionally changing things up.
If there's times where you have to run in the morning, don't worry about not "doing as well". If anything, having to work harder and being more inefficient could help with fat loss. You're trying to lose fat, not be an olympic sprinter.
did you stick with the program? what were the results like if so?
