Absolutely, I’m just saying don’t get off your program because you think you need x amount more performance. The running in basic really isn’t a big deal if you are in shape.

Tried walking on my heels like you said. Went about 3/4 of a block then walked back. Had to take a break, that’s some difficult shit I gotta say.
