Running Intervals


I’m currently doing SSL with a full body setup three days/week. I hit the prowler once a week, take a 45 minute long walk once a week, and jog/walk once a week. My jog/walk is 30 minutes and every week I try to increase the distance travelled. I’m up to 2.32 miles in 30 minutes. Would you guys keep simply trying to increase the distance travelled in those 30 mins or would you start trying out the intervals laid out in Forever. i.e, 4x400, 2x800, or even 8x200. Hopefully jim can weigh in
