Running HCG with Nolvadex

Hello,

Is this a proper way to run a pct, hcg combined with nolvadex?

I did a 10 week test e only cycle (500mg).

2 weeks off.

After that I started taking 20 mg nolva for 4 weeks while injecting hcg:

Week 1: 4 injections every other day 750iu
Week 2: 3 injections 500iu
Week 3: 2 injections 250iu

I got this info from Creg Doucette on youtube.

Greg said to run hcg for a few weeks before starting Nolva. If you really wanna use his protocol, just go watch his video again bro.

HCG is generally used during a cycle or at the end of a cycle, but before PCT. It is not a PCT drug.

Also the general consensus is nolva 40/40/20/20 is ideal for PCT
