Running and Weight Training in the Same Day: Yay or Nay?

Hi there, not sure if this is the right sub-forum in which to post this, but it seemed the most appropriate.
I’m a somewhere in between a begginer and intermediate lifter, I train weights about 4 times a week and do BJJ/Muay Thai 3 days a week. However, my gym has closed for Christmas, and I still want to maintain both my weightlifting and cardio. My question, would there be any negatives to a long run in the morning and a weight session in the afternoon, or would there be a better way to do it?
TL;DR Running in the morning and weights in the afternoon okay?

If you do it often, I don’t see why it would be an issue, especially if any of your weight training days fall on your BJJ/MT days

If you don’t do it, worth a try to see how your body responds. Worst case, you get a shitty lifting session.

Or you could ditch one of them all together. One day wont make a big difference if you don’t run and/or don’t lift.

It’s fine.

But sack it all off its Christmas.
