Hi, I’m actually new. what are the rules and policies around here?
Rule #1. When you start a thread in a coach’s forum, be sure to ignore his advice. Just start another thread in a different subforum when you don’t like the answer you get from a world-class coach. Someone on the internet is bound to tell you what you want to hear. The key is to just keep asking.
Rule #2. If you start a thread asking for feedback on the program you designed, be sure to defend your ideas with vigor. What have those naysayers achieved, anyway? You know you need two more pressing exercises on Monday. Who are they to deny you your greatness?
Rule #3. If you know enough to start a thread about taking steroids, then taking steroids is the right choice. Naysayers abound, but they cannot begin to comprehend your capacity for greatness. Show them. Take the drugs and don’t look back.
I think that about covers it. You’re ready to post on T-Nation.
