I am a rugby player, freshman in college, rising sophomore. I lift 5 days a week, and have been lifting for about 3 years, I am looking for anybody to give me advice on some key workouts/cardio training or anything that will help me be able to run with the seniors. Basically I want the edge on everyone… any advice?
Mate lifting five days a week, plus other taining, plus games seems an aweful lot and very excessive on the surface of it?
Can you post how you train at the moment? the specifics or your resistance training, rugby training and the running you do?
