Hey Guys, I’ve really ownly used Biotest or MetRx… Have any of you ever used Muscle Milk??? They’ve come out with an RTD that looks good… Some info would be great. Thanks, tgatl
RTD are very low grade protein due the heat at which they have to be treated. I dont know for how long and with how much heat the protein in muscle milk has been treated with to give you the answer you are looking for.
Its best to go to their website and ask them about their manufacturing/processing methods.
You’re going to be wasting quite a bit of money buying RTDs. Powders are usually better quality and much cheaper.
