What are the pros/cons of doing bent-over barbell rows with a pronated versus supinated hand position?

Pronated grips may let your elbows wander, leading to more mid-back involvement. Supinated grips will keep your elbows in, leading to more lat emphasis. Supinated grips also recruit more biceps involvement so you may be able to do more reps.

Good points.I'm used to pronated.Switched to supinated today,and felt it a whole lot more in my lats.
