Rowing for Weight Loss?

I have been focusing on losing about 15 lbs have been rowing for a couple weeks really focusing on it rather then jogging for example, i was just wondering if this is the best approach for cardio/weightloss?? any help would be great thanks

The best approach is a varied and intense approach. Mix it up and go hard and the weight will come off. Also dont forget to have your diet worked out, nutrition nutrition nutrition.
