Row vs Recline Pull

Which exercise works more muscles? Which exercise is healthier for the body? Finally, if comparing a one-arm dumbbell row to a one-arm recline pull, which would you suggest and why? Please help me out, and thanks for your contribution.

Is the recline row just another name for inverse rows? If so, do either one, but eventually doing bodyweight won’t be enough (weight-wise) and you’ll want to switch to BB/ DB rows anyway. IMO
