Bout to start a 2x a day training routine when schools out

day 1- morning- chest
night- tris
off day
day 2- morning- Back
night- Bi’s
off day
day 3- Morning- Shoulders
night- legs
2 off days and repeat

looking for size and strength or should i go abt this another way?

Having no idea about your experience with weight-training, your diet/nutrition, supplementation, amount of sleep and what works for your body, I don’t think we can say if this is going to work for you. Also, the details of your workouts might be important. Maybe you’ll burn out, maybe you’ll get swole.
