Hey I jsut wanna know if my routine is balanced? If not what would You take and add. I also want to put a little emphasis on my Arms in chest, hwo should i go about that.

Wednesday: Back Bicep
Thursday: Leg Abs

Supine Rows 3 x max
Shrugs 4 10

Alternate dumbbell curls 2 x8
Straight bar curls 2 x 8
Concentration Curls 2 x 10 2 x 4
Hammer curls 2 x 12
BB Reverse Curls 2 x 12
DB Wrist Curls 2 x 12

-Legs Abs

Leg extension 3 x 12
Leg Curls 2 x 8
Squats 3 x 8
Straight leg deadlift 3 x 10
Standing calf raise 3 x 14

Crunches 4 15 (different styles eg hold, pulse.)
Weighted 4 10 (simple)
Side Bends 4 8
Incline Bench (4 x 6 medium volume)
