This is my first time on. Feeling good so far. This may seem like an ignorant question and I know that the answer can differ depending on your own personal genetics, natural recuperation time, etc.
I have a tendency to over-train sometimes but being on recuperation time is supposedly accelerated. Is 7 days a week too much or should I stick with my normal routine? Again I know this may sound ignorant but I am looking to maximize potential gains from this.
My normal schedule follows West Side:
Monday Heavy Squats
Tues Dynamic Bench
Thurs Dynamic Squats
Fri Heavy Bench
I’m not going to list out every detail of accessory work, trying to keep this short and to the point.
