Hey I'm heading to Germany at the end of the month, and I planned my workout routine so I would end a lifting cycle right before I left. The Thing is I will be gone for 9 days, I didnt really want to take that many days off from the gym. Any advice on a routine I can do while Iam over there to keep me from losing any gains I have made.. Thanks
Dude..9 days isn't that big of a deal. Enjoy the time off it maybe good for ya. If you absolutely can't stand to take time off do some running or bodyweight exercises.
