Routine Help (Injured)

Beginner needing some advice.

Currently stripping the bodyfat away for the first time in my life. Started babylover SS. Adductor pulled outside of gym and been advised to reduce leg work till full recovery and assessment. I like training but this leaves me with a dilemma.

Priority goal is losing fat, unable to perform squats and deadlifts. How do i proceed. Routine without leg work.

Bench 3x5
Chin ups 20 chins routine
row 3x5
curls 3x8

Press 3x5
Dips slowly building up reps
Skullcrushers 3x8

Am I able to carry on with just this (4 weeks minimum without leg work)

Any help is appreciated

1: get better. That is your number 1 goal.
2: do what doesn’t hurt. You can do any exercise, as long as it doesn’t hurt.
3: everything else is on the back burner until you get better.
4: once you get better, you can go back to said goal.
