Hello my name is Jake. A few months back I started doing the 5/3/1 workout that was once posted here in T Nation. I can already tell you the amount of weight I can move has gone up a lot in the last few months. My problem is I need to also cut body fat. I am currently set up to consume 2100 cal a day to lose 2 pounds a week. Is it possible to still make strength gains while also trying to cut my body fat?. I currently do HIIT training either by doing sprints or using a stair master and set it at different paces.
