Routine From Top 10 Mass Builders

i put together a routine that i am going to start from Ian kings article and added some other exercises. If anyone has any suggestions or additions that would be helpful

Monday

Deadlift
Shoulder Press
Tricep extension
Calf raises
Bicep Curl

Wensday

Bench Press
Clean
Bent Row
Lat Pulldown
Lunges

Friday

Squat
Tricep Exetension
Calf Raises
Bicep Curl
Shrugs

Saturday

Cleans
Incline DB Press
Lat Pulldown
Bent Row
Shoulder Press

Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
Cardio

Ya normally don’t see home made routines without a plethora of bench variations. Umm I would take out the saturday you work some similar muscle groups that day that you do on Friday. I’d take out the tri extensions and add close grip bench press or dips. Others will prolly give more suggestions, I’m off to bed.
