What's up guys. I'm about to begin training for a meet in October but cant find a decent routine that I see legitimate gains from. I lift in the 220s and my current best lifts are SQ- 605 BN-400 DL-595. Any ideas???
Sheiko is always a solid choice.
Russian power is a solid 9 week peaking program and just about every peak known to man is basically the exact same.
Or do it on your own, just build volume, 5 weeks out, cut volume, build intensity, max at the meet.
