Scrawny to Brawny advocates doing HIIT but does not touch on the pre cardio nutrition. I know to have a recovery drink afterwards though. Or is constant paced cardio a better option while bulking?

I typically do not take more than 2 min rest periods on heavy lifts.

I dont do much cardio because I feel my heart rate is pretty elevated during my work out sessions. But I have a serving of Power Drive before, 50g protein shake during my work out, and gatorade with creatine and sometimes another shake if Im really hungry after.

but if you were going to do cardio… what would you eat before?
