I was wondering if any of you could answer a couple of questions.
Is the “Pound a week diet” a good mass builder and the T dawg a good fat loss diet?
There isn’t that much of a difference apart from amount of calories or am I way of the mark?
And with both these diets, what about glycogen stores, arent they needed for optimum muscle fullness?
What do you think is a good ratio of fat/protien and carbs for the pound a week diet?
